1. Consultations & Skin Analysis

Every treatment course at Kolonaki Laser begins with a mandatory initial consultation and digital skin assessment. For laser hair removal and medical skin treatments, a skin patch test is conducted prior to commencing your first session to calibrate energy density and ensure skin safety.

2. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

To ensure personal attention and maintain our private studio environment, appointments are reserved exclusively for you:

• Cancellation Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time may require shortening your session duration to respect subsequent client bookings.
• Arranging Appointments: Appointments may be booked by calling +30 210 363 3681 or writing to info@kolonakilaserbeautysalon.gr.

3. Medical History & Client Responsibility

Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding their medical history, current medications (particularly photosensitizing drugs), recent sun exposure, or pregnancy. Failure to disclose relevant health conditions may result in treatment postponement for your clinical safety.

Clients are advised to strictly adhere to post-treatment care instructions provided by our trained therapists.

4. Equipment & Clinical Safety

All treatments at Kolonaki Laser are performed exclusively on CE-certified Candela platforms operated by certified aesthetic therapists under strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices for treatment packages and single sessions are displayed transparently in our menu and agreed upon during consultation. Payment is due at the conclusion of each session or treatment block.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
